Contribute to the creation, prioritization, and evangelization of a great roadmap that inspires the organization in service of our customers. Draw on hypothesis-driven thinking and strong analytics to inform the roadmap.
Define requirements, initiate and prioritize projects within engineering, assist in determining the best technical implementation, track product development, and develop product launch plans
You will be laying the foundation of our new cloud shared services – components encompassing Channel,
Identity, Platform & SDK, Data Integration, Operations, Security & Governance in both GCP & Azure cloud
Develop requirements, drive prioritization of features and tradeoffs, write feature specifications, and constantly evolve a well-groomed backlog
Research, understand and draw insights on customer needs and pain points through a strong toolkit of qualitative (observing customers in a lab, in the wild) and quantitative (A/B testing, analytics) approaches
Influence peers and leadership, leveraging insights from various sources, including product performance metrics, research, customer support, and competitor/industry research.
Skill Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Solid experience as a Product Manager (3+ years) in a tech company with focus on a set of product experiences.
SaaS experience would be a great advantage.
Technical Hands-on experience with Cloud development for Infrastructure (desirable)
Experience in analyzing problems in complex environments
Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
Ability to challenge senior stakeholders regarding demand and alignment to previously agreed plans.
Ability to successfully handle strategic issues and heads-down execution.
Track record of successful technology product delivery from inception to launch.
End-user centric: spending time with end-users in the wild to understand defined and latent needs
Collaborative: experience driving large cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
Ability to comfortably work in ambiguity and on new projects with lots of unknowns
Comfort working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Deeply curious and data-driven
Near-fluent English speaking and writing skills
Comfortable, while working with product teams using Agile development
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly-growing environment and collaborate actively and effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Motivated, dynamic, highly analytical, and detail-oriented with strong decision-making and prioritization skills
Appreciation for interfaces and contracts in large organisations with many small teams
Understanding of the complexity that arises from poorly managed dependencies
Experience with cloud cost management and oversight
